Spanning three decades, Town and Desert's Director Dave Dean honed his craft at the forefront of the dance music industry developing juggernaut clubs including Limelight in London, Sound Factory in San Francisco, and Avalon (Hollywood) in Los Angeles.
His award-winning roaming event and festival brand Giant debuted in 2000. In addition to a string of 1,000 Saturday club nights over 20 years featuring the world's greatest dance music artists, Giant produced some of Southern California's most memorable music festivals and large scale club events. Routinely drawing over 10,000 21+ guests, these large events reimagined landmark locations such as Hollywood Boulevard, LA Coliseum, The Bonaventure Hotel, Park Plaza Hotel, and a 7-acre purpose built site in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles.

A pioneer of the burgeoning Arts District in Downtown LA since 2008, Lot 613 is a fully restored and permitted 1934 bow-truss warehouse featuring 12,000 SF of innovative indoor and outdoor spaces.
The Sonoran
A sprawling 50,000 SF event venue in Palm Springs, the Sonoran features a lavish outdoor space with pool, cabanas and event lawn. The main hacienda includes a full kitchen, 3 separate event rooms.

Trophy Room™
Our lounge at The Hideaway in Palm Springs, Trophy Room was the original owner and architect Herbert Burn's living room when built in 1947 and features a collection of rare Julius Shulman photographs.
